These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bsocks.online website and the residential proxy service available through it. By registering or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Bsocks.online sells and rents residential SOCKS5 proxies. Proxies are delivered through your dashboard in the packages shown on the website. Every rental has a validity period that is displayed at the moment of purchase. The availability of locations and proxy counts may change over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, one account is allowed per user or company.

3. Credits and payments

Purchases are made in credits. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency. Once credits are used to activate a package, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded, except within the refund period described in section 9. We may change prices at any time, and such changes do not affect packages that were already delivered.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the proxies only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws that apply to you. You must not use the service for:

• spam, mass unsolicited messages or fake engagement
• fraud, phishing, identity theft or scams
• hacking, malware, botnets or unauthorized access to computer systems
• harassment, threats or abuse of any person
• illegal content of any kind
• infringement of third party rights, including intellectual property
• any activity that harms the stability or reputation of the service

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate closure of your account.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms, abuses the network or creates risk for other users. No refund is given for accounts that are closed because of serious violations.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every proxy will work with every website, because some websites block proxy traffic. If a proxy stops working, contact support and we will review the case and replace the proxy where appropriate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bsocks.online is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month in which the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the service means that you accept the updated terms.

9. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us at contact@bsocks.online within 3 days of your purchase and we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the wallet address used for the payment.

Accounts that are closed because of violations of these terms are not eligible for a refund.
